Pet Policy
Dogs and cats allowed with $300 non-refundable fee per pet plus $20 monthly pet rent; limit 2 pets per unit. Weight restriction - 25 lbs. Pet fees do not apply for fish and caged birds. Dog breeds and other pets that are never allowed: Sheppards, Dobermans, Rotweilers, Pitbulls, Chows, Bull, Mastiffs, Ferrets, Reptiles, Tarantulas, and Rodents.
